Yuzu Shot terms: licenses, renewals and use

Yuzu Shot terms govern your use of Yuzu Shot and its license. Yuzu Shot is provided by ADNS CO., LTD. Gumroad is the merchant of record and reseller for orders, handling checkout, payments and refunds. Purchases are governed by Gumroad’s buyer terms presented at checkout, rather than these app-use and license terms.

Your license

One license lets you use Yuzu Shot Pro personally on up to 3 Macs. Do not share, resell or distribute your license to other people.

Pro Yearly renews every year until you cancel. Cancel any time using the subscription-management link in your Gumroad receipt or library. Cancellation stops the next renewal; Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Pro Lifetime covers the Pro features of Yuzu Shot for the life of the product, including updates. It does not include Yuzu Cloud. “Lifetime” means the product’s lifetime, not a promise that the product will be maintained forever.

Basic features, trial and Cloud

Yuzu Shot basic features remain available without a Pro license. The 30-day Pro trial is stored locally on your Mac and needs no account or payment card. After the trial, Pro features require an active license. Gumroad emails the license key with your receipt; open Settings › License, paste the key and choose Activate. Yuzu Cloud is coming soon, with no launch date. Separate Yuzu Cloud terms will apply when it launches.

Acceptable use

Capture or share only material you have the right to use. Respect other people’s privacy and applicable law. Do not use the app for unlawful activity or try to bypass license restrictions.

Warranty and liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as is, without a promise that it will run without interruptions or errors. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds, contact and law

Both plans have a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy; Yearly renewal charges are also eligible within 30 days. Read the refund policy for how to request one.
