Yuzu Shot refund policy: 30 days, no questions

Yuzu Shot refund policy gives you 30 days to request a refund, no questions asked. It applies to both Pro Yearly and Pro Lifetime.

Purchases and renewals

Request a refund through Gumroad within 30 days of the original charge. Each Pro Yearly renewal is also refundable within 30 days of that renewal charge. You do not need to explain why you want a refund.

Yuzu Shot is provided by ADNS CO., LTD. Gumroad is the merchant of record and reseller for orders and processes refunds.

How to request a refund

Open your Gumroad receipt or library and follow the support link to request a refund. Include the order ID and the email address used for the purchase so Gumroad can find the order.

If you need help finding your receipt or requesting a refund, contact hello@bluecoral.vn. Never send payment-card details to Yuzu support. Gumroad handles the payment and refund; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

Cancelling a Yearly renewal

To prevent the next charge, cancel any time using the subscription-management link in your Gumroad receipt or library. Cancellation alone is not a refund request. After cancellation, Pro access continues until the paid period ends unless the purchase is refunded.
